We are now inviting applications for our 2022 Apprentice intake. We are looking for Mechanical applications – covering Plumbing / Gas / Heating and Ventilation Apprenticeships. The role You'll complete both the theory and practical tests needed to obtain your Level 3 qualification, you will be trained to represent the Company in either commercial or domestic properties, assisting with the installation, replacements and repair of the heating installations. Your Apprenticeship training will also cover • Asbestos Awareness • Working At Height • PASMA • Manual Handling • Robust generic Health and Safety training You will need: • Common sense • Basic maths and English qualifications. • Attention to detail and an eagerness to listen and learn and ask questions During your period of apprenticeship – you will be paired with Qualified Engineers, who will assist and support you. Along with regular meetings with the Operations Director and HR Manager, and a regular rotation of Contracts, Projects and Sites to enable a well-rounded and solid understanding of the role and the industry. Please be aware that you will be required to ensure by the time you have completed your 3 / 4 year apprenticeship – you must hold a valid driving licence.
