MECHANICAL SITE MANAGER Stockport covering the Northwest region. The Company: Dodd Group was formed in 1947 in Shropshire and has remained a privately owned family business ever since. We are looking for a Mechanical biased Site Manager who wants an opportunity to expand upon their current knowledge and skillset in an environment that allows them to develop their full potential on diverse projects that include education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, infrastructure and defence. This robust Site Manager role will cover:- • Day-to-day management of the project during the construction phase and associated soft landings/client aftercare. Acting as the Dodd Group onsite representative. • Construction design reviews • Collaborative working with the wider Dodd Group team and supply chain • QHSE management • Labour and supply chain management • Quality control • Monitoring programme and construction progress • Co-ordinating onsite activities and trade interfaces • Client liaison You will need: As the Site Manager, you will have SMSTS, CSCS skills card, along with relevant industry qualifications and experience.
